Morristown, NJ — Wednesday, October 8, 2025 — Mandala Medical Group (MMG) today introduced its offering to the global market, uniting medical innovation, impact investing, ongoing professional education, patient information, wellness coaching and more.
Established earlier this year by Founder and CEO James C. Wittig, MD, Mandala Medical Group is headquartered in Morristown, New Jersey, with team members working in New York, London, and Nepal.
The enterprise is built on a growing ecosystem of experts in each category and is a benefit corporation with a substantial percentage of profits benefiting the Pediatric Cancer Foundation of New Jersey (PCFNJ) and other humanitarian partner initiatives.
Dr. Wittig introduced the PCFNJ earlier this year, after years of planning and the assembly of a world-class Board which will be announced on October 9.
“God has given our team the opportunity to serve people who need care and support the most, and our unique business model blends for-profit businesses, products and services, and leverages a unified team of professionals with decades of experience in creating and growing businesses, while also establishing and developing non-profit organizations,” Wittig said. “Everything we do is done with purpose; every mission we undertake is inspired by service; every team is part of a culture based on kindness, integrity, and professionalism.”
Divisions under the MMG umbrella include:
Mandala Media, a new educational division designed to make world-class expertise in tumor surgery and orthopedic oncology accessible to patients, families, and physicians worldwide.
As part of this launch, MMG is introducing a cornerstone website with existing engagement – thousands of professionals and patients built over the years who now have even more access to quality content, resources, and networking.
- Tumor Surgery — a global platform dedicated to advancing orthopedic oncology through education, research, and innovation. The site provides extensive resources, case insights, and educational tools for patients, families, and medical professionals, while also fostering a community of collaboration among physicians worldwide. Tumor Surgery highlights groundbreaking cases, such as complex limb-sparing procedures that utilize 3D-printed prosthetics and vascularized bone grafts to restore function while preserving quality of life.
- Looking forward, Mandala Media will expand its digital presence with original podcast programming, offering physician-led discussions, patient stories, and expert insights on the evolving landscape of cancer care.
- Mandala Media has also created a book publishing imprint.
“With this official launch, Mandala Media is positioning itself as an oncology, orthopedic, and holistic wellness educational resource, and philanthropic, purpose-driven platform,” said Cynthia Artin, Managing Director, MMG. “Advancing care while supporting patients, families, and the medical community is our goal, and doing so in ways that elegantly blends business and philanthropy is fundamental to our culture; Mandala Media is the storytelling arm of MMG.”

- Wittig Wellness delivers a holistic approach to health that combines conventional medical treatments with complementary therapies to address the whole person – mind, body, and spirit. - The Wittig Wellness team is developing an advanced AI-enriched coaching application which will include a multitude of services provided by an exclusive network of instructors and practitioners, as well as a marketplace of products and services, including supplements and digital therapeutics.
Mandala Medical Innovation and Investment Portfolio
- Focused on impact investing only, an emerging portfolio of start-ups will be introduced by the end of 2025. Investment criteria include social impact potential, holistic health and wellness software and hardware innovation, ecosystems with open collaboration to accelerate promising solutions that address physical, mental and emotional health.
“Launching Mandala Medical Group is a way of extending our mission beyond the operating room,” Wittig said. “Through these new platforms under Mandala Media, we are creating reliable, accessible resources where patients, families, and physicians can learn, connect, and find hope in the face of rare and complex cancers. By building a global community, we are also supporting innovation, education, and research that will help shape the future of cancer care.”
